Busy evening but well served....all waiters and servers were working overtime to keep up with the full dining room. As usual, never felt rushed or neglected. Each item ordered was either what we expected or more. Not that "special special" place you rave about, but a very good solid place for a nice dinner.

I would give this restaurant a higher score except for the severe rudeness of our male server tonight. The tuna was excellent. It was of an ahi tuna grade with vegetables that complemented it perfectly. But, our server ruined the night for us and we will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. He was not patient with our lack of the French language. He raised his voice, rolled his eyes, and swore in French. ( We used the translation app to figure out what he said). On the behalf of this restaurant, others in our group had a very nice female server who spoke English well. My advice to the manager is to NOT give American tourists a server who has little patience with foreigners and is arrogant. I do not recommend this restaurant because of this server.

Found it by chance. Very friendly maitre'd. Rest of staff rather modestly service oriented. Nice athmosphere, very french brasserie style... food ok but not great. Esp for the price I would have liked a bit more fantasy...

This place try to copy the famous Paris brasserie with little success - I have now tried both places. I dined here in Strasbourg a nice and warm July evening following a couple of weeks in Provence. The service was slow and really poor even by French standards. More importantly, the food was sub-par standard for all our four main dishes. Our steak was poorly grilled and the meat itself was hard to chew.
Bottom line, the best way to describe this place = tourist trap, the worst of its kind! Massively overpriced. -

Bit of a disappointing experience. Oysters were excellent, hard to mess that up if fresh. Restaurant looked beautiful. Waiters were running around, rushing, definitely very busy. Not at all attentive to us, very attentive to French speaking neighbouring tables. Water was brought to the table and left sitting closed in the bottle. Fish was brought cold, so were the potatoes and vegetable sides for both meat entries. We had to send the fish back to be warmed up as you couldn't chew it. Waiter did not even apologize for cold food. Second glass of drinks wasn't offered. He simply took our glasses. Expected higher service experience from this type of establishment. The waiter seemed to dismiss us because we didn't speak French. Very cliche.
